Age and eligibility

Alcohol purchases are restricted to persons aged 19 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 19 and are not purchasing alcohol for a person under 19.

The person receiving the order must meet our age-verification requirements. Alcohol will not be released to an underage or intoxicated person.

Authorized sales

Alcohol orders are accepted and fulfilled only as permitted by our Ontario licence and applicable law. Any required food purchase, service-area restriction, or other condition will be shown before checkout.

Products and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Before payment, checkout displays the products, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery charges, other mandatory charges, and total payable.

Bottle images are illustrative. The vintage and bottle size stated in your order govern the purchase. We will obtain your agreement before substituting a different vintage or product.

Where a product is sold only in a six-bottle case, the listing and checkout will clearly show the case quantity and total case price.

Orders and payment

You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and its available payment services. We will send an email confirmation containing your order details and applicable terms.

If an item is unavailable or we cannot lawfully fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled portion. We will not impose an increased price after purchase without your agreement.

If we discover a material pricing or product-description error, we will contact you before fulfilment. We will obtain your agreement to any proposed correction or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Consumer rights

Our policies do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning misleading representations, defective goods, online agreements, cancellation, and refunds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
