Service area and timing

We offer both delivery and pickup within Ottawa. Available options, charges, and estimated fulfilment dates are shown before checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery of individual bottles costs CAD $10 per bottle, excluding applicable taxes. Delivery of case orders is free. The case quantity is stated on each product listing. Any applicable taxes and the total delivery charge are shown before payment.

Delivery addresses and updates

Provide a complete physical street address in Ottawa, including any unit number and delivery instructions. We cannot deliver to a PO box. Delivery remains subject to the locations and conditions permitted by our licence.

We will notify you when your order is dispatched or ready for pickup. If a delay affects the estimated fulfilment date, we will contact you. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.

Pickup location

Please wait for your pickup-ready notification before visiting. Bring your order confirmation or order number and valid government-issued photo identification. Orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.

Receiving alcohol

An eligible person aged 19 or older must be present to receive the order. We require valid government-issued photo identification confirming age.

Alcohol will not be left unattended, placed at a doorstep, or released to an underage or intoxicated person.

Any food purchase required under our licence must accompany the alcohol order.

Failed delivery

If an order cannot be released because nobody eligible is available, identification cannot be verified, or the address is incorrect, we will contact you about the next steps.

Any redelivery charge must have been disclosed before purchase or agreed with you before redelivery. Refunds will be handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Damaged deliveries

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where safely possible. Do not handle broken glass or return damaged goods without instructions.
